Staff
Lee has been leading worship in churches since 1994. He joined the staff of
Grabill Missionary on September 1, 2006. His primary responsibilities include
planning and organizing the contemporary worship service, and overseeing
the worship, sound, power point, and creative planning teams. He grew up in
Myerstown, Pennsylvania (near Hershey) and moved west to attend Huntington University
in 1996. Upon graduating Huntington in 2000 with a degree in Education Ministries
(along with marrying his college sweetheart, Amber) he was hired by a church in Ohio
to serve as both Worship and Youth Pastor. Amber and Lee have two young children,
Ellie and Jack. Lee enjoys playing and watching sports of all kinds; especially golf, football, baseball (go Red Sox!), and tennis.
Lee also enjoys playing guitar and piano, as well as listening to, writing, and recording music.
Marsha grew up in Grabill Missionary Church where her grandfather was a charter member and former pastor. She graduated from Fort Wayne Bible College and Ball State University and taught junior high school music for five years. She volunteered at GMC after college graduation and joined the staff in 1975. Marsha’s responsibilities include leading the 9:00 “blended” service, the Praise Choir, various instrumental groups, and the Senior Saints. She has studied at Jerusalem University College in Israel and in the professional writing program at Taylor University FW. She loves to read fiction and is in the process of developing her writing skills having completed two young-adult books and having numerous stories and articles published. She and Steve have five children and three grandchildren.  Georgana SanGiacomo
Worship Ministries
Georgana has attended GMC for twelve years, and has been involved in Contemporary Worship and Children’s Ministries. She currently serves as Co-Worship Leader for the blended service and helps with creative planning details in the Worship Ministry. One of her passions is music, specifically worship. She loves to bring creative elements to worship so that people are engaged with God. Music has always been woven into her life. Growing up in Anderson, Indiana, she sang with her family, was actively involved in music at Anderson University, earning degrees in music and education, and leading music camps for children. Georgana and her husband of 17 years, Rich, have three children: Nick, Luke, and Lili. She enjoys reading, sports (go Yankees, beat the Red Sox!), scrap booking, competitive games, playing sax and piano, and spending time with her family.
Kelley is in his third year of ministry here at Grabill. He is a graduate of Taylor University with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and has a Master’s of Ministry from Bethel College. He has been in ministry for eight years as a part time Youth Pastor and Campus Life Director. He and his wife Kelly have been married for two years.
Sarah is in her fifth year of ministry at Grabill. She is a graduate of Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana with a degree in Secondary Education. She will graduate with her Masters of Ministry in May from Bethel College. Sarah has been in ministry for seven years in a variety of large church settings. She is married to Andrew and they have a 2 year old son Eli, and one due in November.
 Janna Worthman
Children’s Ministries
Janna has served as the Children's Pastor at Grabill Missionary Church since 2003.
She gives direction to the children's programming from infant to 6th grade. Janna grew up in Leo
and attended Grabill Missionary Church as a child and teen. After high school, she attended
Fort Wayne Bible College and majored in Bible and Elementary Education. She taught at the elementary
school level for several years and then after starting her family, began working at
Avalon Missionary Church as their Children's Pastor for twelve years. In 2003 she accepted the position
at GMC and the family relocated to the Leo area. Janna's husband, Randy, grew up on the south side of
Fort Wayne. They have three wonderful children who all attend school in the area. Janna loves reading,
baking, sports and spending time with her family.
Pastor Ray was born and raised in a small farming community in northern England.
He attended the London Bible College and then taught for three years just south of London.
In 1963 he left England to become a teacher in a secondary school in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
It was in Sierra Leone that he met Arlene, and a year later they were married there. Arlene comes
from Grabill and was teaching at a school for missionaries’ children at the time. After they were married,
Ray joined the Missionary Church and they spent the rest of their time in Africa teaching and
training young men to become pastors. They finally left Africa in 1982 and returned to the States.
Ray then served as the pastor of churches in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Peoria, Illinois. He is now semi-retired and serves on staff here in part-time capacity. His main responsibility is visiting people from
our church family who are in the hospital or who are homebound and leading the Wednesday evening prayer meeting.
He and Arlene are also responsible for our Sunday evening service, and Ray enjoys still having the opportunity to teach God’s Word.
Pastor Ray and Arlene have three sons who all live in the Boston area.
 Linda Williams
Secretary
Linda is a PK (preachers kid), born in Nebraska, and moved to Michigan when she was four years old. She has been attending Grabill Missionary for over 26 years. She met Mark in “Shine” here at GMC. They have been married 25 years, have four children: Kelli (Cody), Andy, Angela (Justin) and Amy and a grandchild on the way. She enjoys football, working in the yard, puzzles, golf, and spending time with family.
Star Oren
Secretary
staro@grabillmissionary.org Star and her family have attended GMC for over 20 years. She grew up in central Indiana where she met her husband Kerry. They have been married for 25 years. They have four children: Brianne, Tyler, Kalin, and Connor. She loves reading and watching Cubs games.
 Kim joined our GMC staff family in 2005 and accepted the Office Manager position in 2006. She and her husband, Matt, and their three children lived in Honduras as missionaries for six years prior to moving to the Leo area to be closer to family. Her favorite thing about coming to work?...the staff, of course! “It is my extended family. I love the fact that we truly enjoy sharing each other’s lives.”
 Matthew Demorest
Matthew has been "Minister of Facilities" (Facility Manager) at GMC since 2004. He has a broad background in both commercial and residential maintenance. Matthew graduated from Taylor University Fort Wayne with a degree in General Studies. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married 15 years and have a son, Zebediah.
